Notice regarding Products & Refunds

All descriptions of products are subject to change at any time without notice at our sole discretion. We reserve the right to discontinue any product at any time and may limit the quantities of any products that we offer to any person, geographic region or jurisdiction, on a case-by-case basis.

All sales are final, and no refunds will be provided. We will only replace or exchange items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to request a replacement item because your item is defective or damaged, send us an email at hnp.stores@hearst.com with clear photos of the defect or damage.
